Ralph Winters, in cooperation with other missionaries, developed a dynamic three-step method that transforms willing workers into strong leaders and recruits serious-minded full-time workers. It multiplies leadership within the church. It has been successfull around the world for half a century.

LET ME HELP YOU
I began using the three-step method in 1985 as a missionary in Nigeria. I helped established the Christian Leadership Training Institute in 1996 to provide this method of training to churches in western Africa. I directed the Institute for ten years and turned it over to African leadership. I retired from the field in 2008. The three-step method is building the churches spiritually and numerically. It is recruiting serious-minded workers for the Kingdom.
I began Grassroots Leadership Development in 2009. I help missionaries around the world set up the three-step method. I train key leaders to supervise the program. The first lesson you should study is titled INTRODUCTION. This lesson will prepare you for the rest of the lessons.
ALSO, I suggest that you take the lessons in the order in which they are presented. The lessons build on each other. That is, lesson two depends on you knowing what is in lesson one, etc.
